SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh leaf spinach, shredded
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 hard boiled eggs, cut in thin wedges
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lb. crisply fried bacon, crumbled
1 can water chestnuts (optional)
Box of croutons

DRESSING:

1 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. vinegar
2/3 c. honey (or sugar)
3 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed

Toss salad ingredients together and serve with honey mustard dressing. To make dressing: Combine dressing ingredients and shake well, and chill for 1 hour.
