QUICK CHICKEN CURRY 
2 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. curry powder (or more to taste)
3/4 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. salt

SAUCE:

1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. chutney
1/4 c. sour cream
4-6 tbsp. butter

Mix dry ingredients. Dip chicken breasts in flour mixture and saute in butter. Remove from skillet. Add remaining flour mixture to skillet and stir. Blend in remaining ingredients. Cook a few minutes. Pour over chicken breasts. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or just heat in skillet.
