TURKEY PIE 
2 c. cooked turkey, chopped
1 (4 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. biscuit mix
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle turkey, mushrooms, onions, salt and cheese in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth in blender. Pour over turkey. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
