2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
4 tbsp. powdered sugar and a sprinkle of allspice

Blend together. Press mixture on buttered sides of spring form pan. Crust should rise 1 1/2 inches on sides.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients but eggs well. Beat in eggs. Pour mix into crumb crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Let cool.

TOPPING:

Fresh fruit
Pie filling
Pt. sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix and pour over cheese cake. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool. Remove sides of spring form pan and chill cake well.
