BAKED POTATO CHIPS 
2 sm. potatoes
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 c. cereal flakes, crushed
Parmesan cheese, grated
Salt and pepper
Vinegar

Scrub potatoes. Cut each in half and slice halves into 4 wedges. Dip wedges into butter, then in crushed cereal. Place on baking sheet and sprinkle with cheese and salt and pepper. Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes. Shake a little vinegar over potatoes. For variety, add sesame, caraway seeds, salad seasoning, onion soup mix, garlic salt or paprika.
