QUICK CHEESECAKE | |
2 pkg. crescent roll dough 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) softened cream cheese 1 egg yolk 1 tsp. fresh lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. chopped pecans Spread 1 package rolls in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine all ingredients except pecans. (Beat sugar and cheese together first.) Spread over dough. Work together second roll of dough and place over mixture. Sprinkle with pecans and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and sprinkle powdered sugar on top. |
