FOOLPROOF PIE CRUST 
4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
2 tsp. salt
1 egg

Mix first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Mix next 3 in a separate bowl. Combine. Shape into balls and chill. Can be refrigerated for 3 days or frozen for 3 months.
