COCKTAIL PIZZAS 
1 lb. Owens hot sausage
1 lb. ground round
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 loaves Pepperidge Farm rye cocktail bread

Brown together sausage and ground meat. Drain well. Stir chunks of cheese into meat mixture over low heat until cheese is melted. Spread onto bread slices, arrange on cookie sheets. Bake in 375 degree oven for 12 to 15 minutes. Freezes well. Mixture can be frozen alone or spread onto bread and frozen between sheets of wax paper, covered well with foil.
