VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) size frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. onions
1 c. celery
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 stick butter
1 sleeve Ritz crackers

Cook and drain 2 (10 oz.) of frozen mixed vegetables with 1 cup of chopped onions and 1 cup of chopped celery.

Add 1 cup of cubed Velveeta cheese and 1 cup of mayonnaise and stir with all the vegetables. Melt one stick of butter and mix with one sleeve of crushed Ritz crackers. Put this on top of vegetables. Bake for 30 minutes for about 250 to 300 degrees.
