DUTCH BABY PANCAKES | |
1/4 c. butter 3 eggs 3/4 c. milk 3/4 c. flour Melt butter in 2 to 3 quart round pan (iron skillet is great). Beat eggs in a blender. Add milk and flour; blend well. Pour into pan on top of butter. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. |
