ROSETTES 
1 c. flour, sifted
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar

Deep fry at 400 degrees. Makes approximately 72 rosettes.

Combine all ingredients; mix until all lumps are out of batter. Preheat rosette iron and deep fry. Drain on paper, sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
