SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
1 egg
Pinch of ginger
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of pepper

Mix all together. Form into balls. Brown lightly in 2 tablespoons butter. Put in favorite sauce and simmer for 45 minutes.
