SWEET ZUCCHINI PICKLES 
7 lbs. zucchini
1 pt. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 1/2 lb. sugar
1/2 tsp. oil of cloves
1 tbsp. mustard seed

Peel and remove seeds from zucchini, cut in 2 inch squares. Combine sugar, vinegar, mustard and mustard seed. Bring to boil, then simmer 10 minutes. Strain out seeds and add oil of cloves. Pour over zucchini and cook 10 minutes.
