SWEET & SOUR BEEF 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 pt. tomato juice
1 c. water
2 tsp. salt

Brown meat and onions together. Drain and add vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, tomato paste and juice, water and salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook slowly for 2 hours. Serve on toasted buns or in split Pita Bread.
