FLANK STEAK SUPREME 
1 pkg. flank steak
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley (dried)
1 tsp. paprika (dried)
1 lg. can tomato sauce
1 fresh onion
butter
Meat tenderizer
Crisco or other oil

Using heavy fry pan, saute onion cut up in slices in butter. Next slice flank steak lengthwise and pound with a meat tenderizer. Cover meat in salt, pepper, parsley and paprika mixture. Immediately fry until well done in hot oil. When meat is almost done, about 15 minutes, put in tomato sauce. Simmer on low 10 minutes. Serves 4.
