TURKEY SAUSAGE PATTIES 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 tsp. dried funnel
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper; optional
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Crush herbs and mix with ground turkey. Form into 8 patties. Spray non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat about 15-20 minutes, turning to brown both sides. For mild sausage omit red pepper.
