BRIDGETTE'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 box stuffing with seasoning
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken; let cool and debone. In a saucepan, add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup and 1 1/2 cups of chicken broth. Bring to a boil; add seasoning packet. In a casserole dish, line bottom of pan with chicken and stuffing bread crumbs. Add boiling mixture and stir well. Mix it up really good. Top with shredded cheese and bake 30 minutes at 350°F.
