RED MOLDED SALAD 
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 pkgs. cherry gelatin (small)
1 can applesauce
3/4 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
2 c. hot water
Dash of cinnamon

Combine cheese, celery, mayonnaise and nuts; let stand at room temperature. Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add applesauce and cinnamon. Pour half of mixture in pan; congeal. Spread layer of cream mixture; top with remaining gelatin mixture and congeal. Serves 8-10.
