CHICKEN IN POCKETS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. pimento (optional)
1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. chicken, cooked & cubed
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion, chopped

Separate rolls into 4 large or 8 small portions. Blend cheese with butter. Add chicken, salt, pepper, milk, onion and pimento. Mix well. Press together 2 pieces of crescent roll. Place 1/2 cup of chicken into center, fold over and press edges together. Brush top with butter. Bake until brown. NOTE: Turkey may be substituted for chicken.
