OVEN CHICKEN SALAD 
3 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite size pieces
1 can chicken gravy
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1/2 c. celery, diced
1 can French fried onions
1 can mushrooms (optional)
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil chicken breasts until done. Remove skin and bones. Cut chicken into pieces and place in oven-proof bowl. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 can of French fried onions. Mix together and sprinkle onions over top of casserole. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for approximately 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serves 4.
