4 qts. ground zucchini
46 oz. pineapple juice
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. yellow food coloring

Bring almost to a boil; simmer 25 minutes. Cool and freeze. Tastes like pineapple. Use in any recipe calling for crushed pineapple.
