HOT FRUIT 
1/2 c. raw cranberries
1 large can pineapple chunks
3 tsp. instant tapioca (Minute)
1 large can peaches
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Drain fruit and mix all ingredients together. Dot with butter and bake in shallow dish at 350°F, uncovered, for 30 to 35 minutes.

Note: I sometimes add pears, also.
