HOT FRUIT COMPOTE 
1 can pears, sliced
1 can peaches, sliced
1 can apricots, sliced
1 can purple plums
1 can pineapple chunks
1 can black cherries
(Can be more than 1 can if lots of people)

Mix all fruits together and drain well night before and refrigerate.

Drain again in morning. Put into buttered casserole. Over the top, pour 1 large container Mott's applesauce and "frost". Sprinkle on cinnamon. Over the applesauce "frosting", mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon and sprinkle on. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Serves 15.
