POTATO PIZZA HOT DISH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 onion, chopped
4 c. sliced potatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. sugar, optional
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
4 slices mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef with salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1 onion in skillet; drain. Combine potatoes, soup and milk in saucepan. Heat to the boiling point.

Spread potatoes in greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Spoon ground beef over potatoes. Mix tomato sauce, 1/2 cup onions and seasoning in bowl. Pour over ground beef. Bake, covered with foil at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Arrange mozzarella cheese over top. Bake until cheese melts. Let stand 10 minutes, then serve.
