WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES 
3/4 c. white flour
3/4 c. whole wheat flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. oil

Mix all dry ingredients into a bowl. Separate the egg; beat the egg yolk with the milk. Add this to the dry ingredients stirring only to blend. Add the oil. Beat the egg white until stiff and then fold this into the batter. Bake on a hot griddle with little or no oil. Makes 2 dozen medium pancakes.

I try the recipe and its very delicious although I add brown sugar instead of white sugar.
