KRAUT SALAD 
1 qt. kraut, washed & drained
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, cut fine
1 c. celery, diced
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar

Mix sugar with vinegar and oil. Toss over other ingredients. Pimento may be added for color. Chill over night.
