1 (No. 303) can Bavarian style sauerkraut
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped med. green pepper
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. vinegar

Mix all ingredients and chill thoroughly. This will keep several weeks tightly covered.
