LA SHELL 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 cans tomato sauce
1 can water
1 onion, chopped
2 tsp. Italian seasoning (or to taste)
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 box seashell macaroni
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 carton Ricotta cheese

Brown ground beef and onion. Add tomato sauce and water. Add seasonings. Cook about 20-30 minutes. Cook macaroni according to package. Strain. Combine all ingredients (save some cheese for top). Bake until heated and cheese is melted.
