BROILED PARMESAN POTATOES 
8 tbsp. butter, melted
8 tsp. dried basil
4 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. pepper
8 potatoes
2 c. Parmesan cheese

Slice the potatoes 1/4 inch thick, mix the first 5 ingredients. Place the potatoes in a shallow baking pan. Pour the mixture over all the potatoes, making sure all are covered. Broil about 5 inches from the heat 10 minutes or until tender. Turn potatoes over, sprinkle with cheese, and broil for 5 to 7 minutes longer.
