HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. diced onion
1/2 c. diced green pepper
16 oz. tomato juice
1 c. elbow macaroni
Salt & pepper to taste

Brown meat, onion and green pepper in large skillet. Add tomato juice and macaroni. Cover and simmer 30-45 minutes. I serve this with garlic bread and green vegetable.
