ALL BUTTER POUND CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 sticks butter
6 eggs
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond

Cream together sugar and room temperature butter. Add eggs one at a time. Gradually add flour. Add vanilla and almond, mixing well. Pour in ungreased tube cake pan. Cook approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour at a 375 degree preheated oven.
