ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
2 cans asparagus
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
Crushed potato chips
Cheese sauce

Make a layer of asparagus, eggs, sauce and potato chips. Repeat, being sure to end with chips. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

CHEESE SAUCE:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 - 3/4 c. Velveeta cheese

Melt butter; add flour, salt and pepper. Cook over low heat until bubbly. Add milk. Boil 1 minute or until thick. Remove from heat. Add cheese and stir to mix. Ready to use.
