ORANGE-SHERBET JELLO 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
1 (11 oz.) can drained mandarin oranges

Dissolve Jello in water. Immediately add sherbet. Stir until melted and add 1 can mandarin oranges. Chill until firm. Serves approximately 10.
