EASY JELLO SALAD 
6 oz. pkg. orange jello
1 lg. can mandarin oranges, drained
2 c. boiling water
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 c. whipped cream

May use mandarin orange juice and water to equal 2 cups.

Dissolve jello in liquid; fold in sherbet and whipped cream. Stir until evenly disbursed. Refrigerate until set, approximately 2 hours. Serves 8-10.

NOTE: Lime jello and sherbet may be substituted for orange without any fruit added. Still delicious!
