2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 pt. orange sherbet, softened
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, then add cold water. Stir in orange sherbet and oranges. Make sure sherbet is dissolved. Refrigerate until set.
