SHERBET - ORANGE JELLO 
1 lg. (6 oz.) box orange Jello
1 pt. orange sherbet
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained (but don't throw the liquid away)
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. juice from canned oranges

Mix Jello and boiling water to dissolve. Add rest of the ingredients. Refrigerate and decorate top with whipped cream and a few orange slices. Serves 4 to 6.
