FROZEN FRUIT CUP 
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries
3 bananas, cubed

Combine all ingredients and pour into muffin tins lined with paper muffin cups. Freeze until firm. Store in plastic bags. Good with lettuce. Serves 18.
