1 1/2 c. onions, sliced
4 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
9-inch unbaked pie crust

Cook onion in butter until transparent. Beat remaining ingredients together until eggs are well mixed. Add onions, stir and pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
