HAM AND CHEESE KABOBS 
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 lb. cooked ham, cubed
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese
Wooden skewers

SAUCE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. canned beef bouillon
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 (4 oz.) c. crushed pineapple

Cut ham and cheese into 1 inch cubes. Thread skewers with alternating cubes of fruit, ham, and cheese.

Sauce: Combine brown sugar, cornstarch in small saucepan. Add bouillon, vinegar, soy sauce, and 1/4 cup pineapple juice from can. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Add crushed pineapple. Let cool. Brush kabobs with sauce. Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes, until cheese just melts.
