T'S CHEESE FILLED SALISBURY
STEAKS
 
Monterey Jack cheese
1-1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
1 can brown gravy

Form oval shaped patties with a slice of cheese in the center. Brown each side in frying pan, sprayed with Pam. Pour brown gravy on top and simmer about 15-20 minutes. These are great served with mashed potatoes!
