THREE LETTUCE SALAD 
DRESSING:

2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp. salt

SALAD:

1/2 bunch Romaine lettuce
1/2 bunch butter crunch lettuce
1/2 bunch leaf lettuce
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1 (10 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1 c. seedless grapes
1/3 c. slivered almonds

Mix dressing in a screw top jar. Shake well. Chill until serving time.

Cut or tear lettuce into large bowl. Add pepper (chopped or cut in thin strips), oranges (drained), grapes (halved) and almonds; toss well. At serving time, pour on dressing, toss to coat.
