DAKOTA POTATOES 
8 or 10 potatoes, boiled in skins
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
6 or 8 green onions, tops included, chopped

Peel and cube potatoes. Mix potatoes with onions and cheese. Combine soup and sour cream. Pour over potato mixture. Bake uncovered for 2 hours in a 300 degree oven.
