DEVILED HAM ROLL-UPS 
Slices of sandwich bread
Soft butter
Tart mayonnaise
Deviled ham

Remove crusts from slices of large white sandwich loaf of bread. Place between two damp towels and roll lightly with rolling pin. Spread each slice with soft butter with a little tart mayonnaise added to it. Then spread with deviled ham or with your favorite ground ham mixture.

Roll up jelly roll fashion, wrap in waxed paper, then in damp towel. Place in refrigerator overnight or for several hours. Cut each in three pieces.
