ENCHILADAS (2) 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. minced onion
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ppkg. corn tortillas
shredded cheese

Brown ground beef with garlic, salt, pepper, and onion. Mix enchilada sauce and cream of chicken soup until heated through. Heat tortilla in a saucepan with butter until just warm.

Put one teaspoon of meat mixture in each tortilla. Roll up and put into a 13 x 9 in. pan. Pour sauce over and then top with shredded cheese. Heat until cheese is melted at 350°FF.
