ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 (10 oz.) can chili with beans
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (10 to 15 oz.) can enchilada sauce
1 (12 oz.) bag nacho Doritos (set aside 2 c. for top)
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 1/4 c. sour cream
1 lb. ground beef

For topping, set aside sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese and 2 cups Doritos.

Brown beef and drain grease. Crush 6 cups Doritos. Mix beef, tomato sauce, can of chili with beans, can of enchilada sauce, onion and crushed Doritos. Mix well. Spread into 9 x 13 casserole dish.

Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and spread sour cream over top. Top with Cheddar cheese and remaining Doritos.

Bake for 5 more minutes.
