SCRAMBLED EGG BAKE 
2 c. seasoned croutons
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 lb. bacon or sausage, cooked

Use 8x8 casserole. Place croutons in bottom of pan and then add cheese. Beat eggs, milk and seasonings and pour over cheese layer. Place drained sausage on top and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered, and cool 5 minutes before serving.
