1 pkg. "Knorr" leek soup mix
3 or 4 potatoes, diced
1 can whole kernel corn
1/2 c. light cream

Prepare leek soup mix as directed. Add potatoes and cook until soft. Add corn and cream. Takes about 45 minutes.
