FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. plain gelatin
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 tbsp. each lemon juice, maraschino cherry juice
1 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. finely chopped maraschino cherries, well drained
1/3 c. mayonnaise
Red food coloring
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Drain pineapple thoroughly, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Soften gelatin in juice. Melt marshmallows with lemon and cherry juice in top of double boiler. Add gelatin to hot marshmallow mixture, stirring until gelatin is dissolved. Cool.

Blend in bananas, cherries, mayonnaise, and pineapple. Add 1 or 2 drops food coloring. Fold in whipped cream. Line 8x8 or 9x9 pan with foil. Pour in mixture. Freeze overnight. Remove 15-20 minutes before serving.
