COUNTRY POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cans creamy chicken mushroom soup
2 c. milk
8 oz. cream cheese, diced
1 1/2 c. long horn cheddar cheese, diced
1 med. diced onion
Salt & pepper

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed Rice Chex cereal
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9"x13" pan with pan coating. Mix all ingredients, reserving topping. Place in pan. Toss crushed Rice Chex in butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
