SUGAR - FREE JELLO SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello, sugar-free (.3 oz.)
1 sweet apple
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) whipped topping (lite)
1 c. boiling water

CRUST:

1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Chop apple very fine. Mix lime gelatin with 1 cup boiling water. Mix in apple, cottage cheese. Fold in whipped topping when gelatin mixture is cool.

Press graham cracker crumbs and butter mixture in bottom of 8 x 8 inch glass baking dish. Bake lightly. When crust is cool, add gelatin mixture and chill until firm.
